All orders are shipped from Townsville, QLD.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

 

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

No surprise customs charges on delivery.

For orders shipped to the United States and Canada, any applicable customs duties and import taxes are taken care of by us, so you will not be asked to pay additional customs charges when your order arrives.

Orders shipped to New Zealand are also not expected to incur customs duties or import taxes upon delivery, provided the total order value remains within the current New Zealand low-value import threshold.
