During the Christmas season(until 27th December), we offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders — no minimum spend required.

📦 Standard Shipping

For the rest of the year, enjoy free Australia-wide shipping on orders over $120.

  • Orders under $120: flat rate $12

  • All orders are shipped from Townsville, QLD

  • Dispatch time: 1–3 business days

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority.

For Online Orders

If an item arrives faulty or not as described, we are happy to offer an exchange or provide store credit. Please note the following conditions:

  • Earrings for pierced ears (due to hygiene requirements) cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is faulty.

Important Notes

  • Postage fees are non-refundable, including parcels marked “Return to Sender” or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Items that must be re-sent due to non-collection or incorrect address will incur a $12 reshipping fee.

  • Items that do not meet the conditions of this policy will be considered ineligible for return or exchange.
